I provided some examples of one culture being replaced by another “without a total upheaval first and erasure of the old culture?”
Whether something like these examples will happen to the subculture for a significant population of blacks (without being subjected to a label of “Uncle Tom”) remains to be seen. It certainly has been accomplished by some blacks.
