Glad that Ferguson has “12 Honest Men and Women”. It does well for their image instead of having it portrayed as a civil war in the streets between “crackers” and innocent kids.
The DA did a great job of presenting both the process of how a grand jury operates as well as the evidence they reviewed.
Can’t say the same about Browne’s attorneys who should be disbarred for unethical and unprofessional conduct.
I have no information supporting my opinion but I would bet the prosecutor would have loved an indictment. That means I believe he tried like hell to get one and didn’t.
