Issue name tags using common sir-names used by black families: Mohammed Johnson; Mohammed Williams; Mohammed White, etc. That will meet the order.
Then I guess Americans have a legal right to kill them, out of self defense.

That almost makes sense, if and only if, the "demonstrators" are required also to wear name tags, and use of masks or face covering is subject to immediate arrest.
Otherwise, law enforcement should also be allowed to act anonymously and wear masks or other face covering.
For me, in spite of the occasional bad cop, I will give the cops the benefit of the doubt, since only an occasional "demonstrator" is not out to create mayhem and other criminal acts.
The racist Justice Department should stay the hell out of Ferguson, too. Their only effect, intended or not, is to incite the criminals, because they all assume (correctly) that it is on their (criminal) side, no matter what.
