Who is running this complicated conspiracy involving close to 20 accusers so far with claims going back to the 1960s, claims that fit long time industry rumors and whispers and the creation of a police report in 2000 and a charge in 2005 of a 2004 rape that the DA is convinced happened, and which Cosby settled out of court after 13 women supported the victim with similar stories about Cosby?
I never made a claim of some grand conspiracy. So get that part straight. If you look through these accounts, nearly every one has a common threads: they were in his hotel room, were drinking with him, and some even admitted to accepting pills from him. All waited many years before coming forward. One even admitted to having partied with Cosby alone AFTER an alleged attempted rape.
If these allegations are true, why in the hell did not one of them immediately file a report, charging him? If he is indeed brought to trial, they’re going to have one hell of a time proving these charges after all this time. And the ruminations of that prosecutor are meaningless, because no evidence existed.
If Cosby has indeed committed these acts, I hope he’s somehow found guilty and sent up for life. But what we have in many cases are alleged victims who were more interested in entertainment careers than seeing justice be done.
