Cinco de what? Is that 5 parts of mayonnaise? Alcohol producers manufactured minor/almost non existent “holiday” in meh-eek-coh. (Think ron karenga and kwanzaa) Of course he’s going to make known his proclamation in NV which reportedly has the highest number of trespassers percentage vs population. Don’t know if that number is correct or not but there sure seem to be a lot of folks who DON’T speak english around here.
