Of course, they should be nowhere near a hospital!
If I were the hospital adminstration I would order enough straitjackets flown in, and set up a ward just for that.
Then I would hire the biggest, baddest strongmen as orderlies out there, and a few extra nurses, if the state would not give me a few N Guard medics...
Then If they came in violent and destructive...just tackle to the ground, nurse sticks with needle, and the big guys put on the jackets and take to the ward...handcuff to the bed.
Have a psychiatrist on hand, and we do have some people who are still in psychiatric wards for minor crimes.
We are a nation of laws, so if you can’t control yourself ....then we will help you with your mental problem.
