IOW, we already have de facto legalization.

- Borders are open, border patrol has been disarmed
- Illegals are being housed, fed and relocated at taxpayer expense
- Illegals are being given driver licenses and allowed to vote (in many areas)
- Illegals are being given federal tax numbers and allowed to work
- Illegals are allowed to collect government benefits
- Illegals are allowed admitance to public schools and colleges. And being charged lower tuition than AMERICAN CITIZENS

Ipso facto, they are not illegal, there are no illegals. Everyone is legal, regardless of origin.

Thus, there is no Republic, except in name only. We are living in a third world style banana republic led (ruled) by an imposter who is kept in office by undocumented criminals (congress).

Completely agree. But now they're moving to phase 2 - making all these people "legit" with all the above-board benefits (EBT, voting,...) and costs (taxes) that implies.

I'm just saying that two (or 200 million) can play at that game too, if it's going to be based on an illogical foundation.

Most of those “working in the shadows” will pay almost nothing in taxes. (Income, Fica, Medicare, etc. The burden will fall again on the dwindling middle class.
