I'm really hoping not. More people are likely to be legally armed in St. Louis than in Los Angeles, I suspect, which I'm hoping will at least keep the riots considerable more contained.
On the downside, the police are clearly political pawns this time around, and the leadership thus far has not made any efforts against that, which is pretty much as it was in LA in 1992. But in LA, the Powers That Be within the police force demonized Koon and the other cops early on, despite the fact (or, more likely, *because* of the fact...) that it could be easily shown that they were following department policy. (I don't necessarily approve of that policy, but the responsibility lies with those who chose the policy, not with the cops who implemented it.) So far there's been no attempt by the police to demonize Darren Wilson, so there's that.
The governor should issue a shoot to kill order.
