Then ask yourself why it takes a half hour or better for him to appear on camera when they know the scheduled start time weeks in advance. Think “adjust his dosages to get him stable”.
Adjustments to a change in dosage doesn’t happen that fast. A Valium, on the other hand......
I think his flat affect may be due to all the weed he smokes. His politics are another matter, and, people can definitely be sociopaths without being serial killers. One out of five people supposedly are sociopathic in some way.
