Unless he can be tied directly to the IRS scandal, the Benghazi debacle, fast and furious or other impending circumstance, he will not be removed from office. He may be impeached by the hugely Republican majority, but I doubt the requisite 60 votes in the Senate can be found to remove him unless a few Democratic senators have an epiphany and successfully convince him to resign before removal and/or vote with the Republican majority to remove. Impeachment/removal has never been a successful remedy to executive malfeasance in the absence of circumstances which compel the action even in face of partisan opposition.
Excuse — 67 votes.
