as is often the case, the GOP put up the wrong candidate against her... Hate to say it, but I think you're probably right. As fun as it is to blame it all on vote fraud, there's no getting around the fact that the GOP-E flubbed it with Tillis, who was probably the least inspiring candidate they could have chosen.
