You are so right! It seems like every political thread devolves quickly into a “GOPe sucks” screed. Why should I contribute financially anymore to Free Republic? It's become so overrun with pessimism and trolls, I don't think I would miss it much if it went under (and I've been here since 1997!)

Hit the road if you hate it here so much, or, present your evidence for why the GOPe is so great, and convince us.
