A Missouri state senator was arrested after causing a disturbance at a Ferguson police station. The senator, Jamilah Nasheed, had a fully loaded 9mm handgun and eight additional rounds on her person.
Senator Nasheed refused to take a breathalyzer test, despite having a strong smell of alcohol. Nasheed was arrested and charged with violation of a Obey Lawful Order of Police and Manner of Walking in the Roadway. Nasheed claims innocence, stating that:
“It was a symbolic arrest – sending a message to the protesters that we can protest peacefully and that we must protest peacefully and that we want justice for Michael Brown, but we don’t want it in vain,” Nasheed said outside the jail Tuesday morning.

I agree...this gal is simply an example of the Stealth Jihad happening in the “Hood”...she was recruited in high school...once you're in there's no way out....and then on to political activism. ...and the seat that was bought and paid for her.
She's nothing more than a thug prop for Democrats to pull out and use at will...and not surprisingly they love their thugs Islam and all.

Both are equally bad. Democrats like their thugs, female versions and otherwise. One day they’ll not be able to control them....just as we’re seeing now.
Jamilah better be careful that someone doesn’t tell the imam that she was drinking alcohol, next time it won’t be gettin’ drunk, it’ll be gettin’ stoned.
I doubt anything will be said much to her....she’s too valuable to Muslims’s in her Gov. position...and she knows she won’t be paying a price by any means.
Besides they all drink too. They just don’t broadcast it much to speak of.
She’s a Shariah Law supporter.....

African-Americans are the only ethnic group of Muslims who have made a noticeable step into Missouri politics. A Democrat who represents a swath of north St. Louis, Jamilah Nasheed, said she was currently the only Muslim representative at the state capital in Jefferson City. She said she hadn’t seen any backlash from colleagues but had experienced a general lack of understanding.
For instance, she said, the co-sponsor of a recent bill that would essentially prevent the application of Sharia, or Islamic religious laws in the courts, approached her for support recently, apparently not knowing about her faith. Imagine the idea of proposing a bill to ban Christian principles, she said.
Nasheed offered words of encouragement for Sajid’s campaign.
“I hope that they judge him based on his character and what he has to offer to people in Ballwin in terms of policies,” she said.

Most of the Obama radicals are Maoists these days and it is written by the Chairman himself in their bible, The Little Red Book , that all power comes through the barrel of the gun.
The Ferguson case continues to be out of hand because of racial bias by black people such as herself...... She is a racist bigot that only cares about this as far as her wallet and the position of power she believes she holds.

Carrying a weapon while intoxicated in Missouri is a Class D felony if the weapon is loaded and in functioning condition. If unloaded it’s a Class A misdemeanor. Only exception is if the weapon is being used in a defensive act.

Permit or not it is barred.

Found this in an article and it’s a perfect illustration particularly because it proves this gal is a huge hypocrite:
“Ferguson Chief Thomas Jackson said Nasheed had a 9 mm handgun in her possession when she was arrested. Nasheed, who says she has a concealed carry permit, told the Post-Dispatch she always carries her gun.”
This gem was embedded in the same news article:
“Nasheed recently announced she will introduce a bill when the Legislature returns to session in January to impose a mandatory 10-year sentence on anyone convicted of a gun-related crime.”

Just like the same leftists who say that they wish for all cops to die..I think this same state senator said that the only good cop is a dead one..meanwhile, her sorry ass is protected by COPS..same goes for the goons on MSNBC, they hate guns, yet they have security, they hate cops, yet cops protect them when they need it
