Despite some pro-Michael Brown witnesses stating that at no point did Brown and officer Darren Wilson struggle in Wilson's police car, new forensics show that Brown's blood was in the car, on Wilson's gun, and on Wilson's person.
According to a witness put forward by the NAACP, the witness “did not see Michael Brown struggling with the police officer inside his car at any point. They did witness the incident from the time it started from the time of the initial stop by the police car.”
This is categorically false.
The forensics irrefutably show Brown's blood splattered on the car, the gun, and Wilson. It is now also being reported that Brown was shot at twice during the struggle in the car: he was hit once in the arm, and the second shot missed.
Not only this, but Wilson himself has released a statement saying he was fearful of Brown as Brown was "punching" him repeatedly in the face. More than that, Brown also attempted to reach for Wilson's gun in an attempt to shoot him.

The media and the White House considers Mike Brown an innocent victim of a racist police force and they aren't going to let a little evidence get in their way. The black people of Ferguson are going to believe Brown's friend's version over anything coming from the white power structure.
If this information had been released a couple months earlier, it might have shut some of the trouble down.
I don’t think it was ever about Michael Brown. It was all about the stealing and burning down the stores. That’s what these kind of people do. They act like a bunch of animals and then demand to be treated better than everyone else.
The home of the officer is less than 1/2 mile from where I work. We were all very aware of the media attention...it was not good.

The media has done that for years, not always, but sometimes giving out the info that endangers or opens to harassment, those who the media see as their enemies.
Of course. They, the race vultures, claim that after every shooting of a black thug by a white cop. (Strange, they never question a black thug getting shot by a black cop...which happens quite a bit.) And naturally, over at DummyU the inmates are claiming the evidence was planted. Sure, that happens in every shooting of a black thug by a white cop. All black thugs are innocent. A white cop just sees them innocently walking down the middle of the street er sidewalk and guns them down for no reason whatsoever.
I would hope this shuts the case, but we know it won't. Evidence never makes a dent in the minds of the race vultures.
This is the first of this forensic proof I have heard of and am cautious of this “unnamed government official”, although it could have been leaked.

Totally agree. Having it so close, with what was going on was very scary for those of us that live and work in the area. We simply did not know what would happen. Luckily, nothing did.
As for what may happen if the Grand Jury passes on bringing charges, I have no idea. It has calmed down big time except for a few folks from out of town at this point. However, the murder rate in the city and the north county area is going crazy. Make of that that what you will.

I’m still fearful that in MO no matter what the evidence the grand jury will indict and that the petit jurors will convict out of cowardice.
The comments at the site are about 80% pro-Brown - they are not going to let this die.
This won’t matter in the Ferguson court of public opinion, but in the court of law and the grand jury, it will impeach many lying witnesses.
Not with these guys.
