She is pure evil.
That may be but IMO she’s just a superficial celebrity who is unlikely to have ever examined the horrific consequences of evil rulers such as the two examples you cited, much less other notrious leaders whose regimes have destroyed the lives of millions. I seriously doubt she could tell you anything of substance about any of them.
And this isn’t the first time she has uttered complete nonsense. Her stardom is exceeded only by her ignorance.
