There was no verifiable definition for the Race code number 9 that people investigating the birth certificate could find for 1961. The definitions were all from later years so Zullo was leaving that definition out if his report. But now that the CDC has verified that the code meant the same thing in 61 as what we had documented in 68 was the same definition then Zullo can use the code that appears on the BC. It’s just another piece to the BC puzzle but it does remove all arguments that were in place over that code.
I understood that it applied to race but the question is whose code list is correct.
