Unlikely. Duncan wasn’t showing any symptoms when he flew here.

According to the guy sitting next to him on the plane, he was throwing up. I find it hard to believe he had no symptoms prior to boarding if he was throwing up on the plane. Frankly, I don't trust anyone in government or media to be honest. If they told me water was wet, I wouldn't take it for granted.
