Children are NOT commodities!
In a case like this, the sperm is a commodity. Don’t act oblivious to the facts here. This is one of the mistakes a sperm bank cannot and should not make. Yes, now there is a child involved, but the business still goofed up in the worst way possible. They are liable and should be held to account, just as if they mistakenly gave the mother AIDS from their product or something of that nature. I have no idea what, if anything, should be done vis a vis the child, but I do know that the sperm bank made a huge mistake.
