It states specifically in Syria, and of course ISIS is not all the entire opposition movement in Syria
I’ve seen it from more than one quote, “it’s all Chechens/speaking Russian’ in the Syrian branch of ISIS, which is quite secretive compared to the Iraqi branch, or so they say... makes one wonder what/who they are hiding
