Thanks for posting the recipe! Would you mind telling her how to catch and field dress snappers? Someone told me how to do it but I’ve never actually tried it. I need to learn how to trap, field dress and prepare an armadillo. An old buddy from Trinidad assured me that, properly prepared, they are indeed delicious.
