I think all voters should have to take a current events social studies test, say at the 6th grade level, to be able to vote. Especially for local line items.
I can go along with that, as long as we FORBID NON PROPERTY OWNERS from voting.
unless you think the employees of a company should be allowed to vote on their compensation regardless of what the employer wants to pay them. Same thing.
