As a life long procrastinator, I appreciate putting stuff off until the last possible moment.
I can envision them bringing a case to trial. Then losing.
It puts the riots off until next summer or fall.
In the meantime, a whole lot of wealth redistribution was accomplished by locals and out of towners in Ferguson Missouri.
