Fully grasp the implications of your first sentence, and you will see why Romney is being touted again. Reality trumps wishful thinking in politics. In a marketing sense, Romney is already somewhat of an incumbent, with that advantage. The sheeple have the final say, not us zealots.
The media always loves a RINO loser. Why do you think they’re so interested in nominating Willard for the GOP ?
BTW, who are you supporting in 2016 ? I’ve asked repeatedly and you haven’t answered.
Romney isn’t being touted again, you rinos are merely doing what you keep doing that costs us elections, doing whatever you can to move the party left.
Romney has 22 years of campaigning and has invested tens of millions of his personal wealth into it, so far the almost 70 year old man has won a single election, and that with less than 50%.
Romney took that office and failed in it, he had to give up plans for reelection due to his own polling of his chances, he left that office with 34% approval and turned the seat over to the democrat.
