I think the coming black dictatorship of Karen Lewis in Chicago is a great development. The result will put that war zone down to where it belongs. Like Detroit, much of ChiCongo’s population will fan out and head to other cities, thus - at long last - weakening Chicago’s outsized clout in IL.
