Yes. I actually disagree on some points: Ukraine has become a nation this winter, no matter how little difference between Russian and Ukraine, then Malorussia, existed when Russia still had legitimate government; the Russian identity remains as a small and dispersed nation not unlike the Jews, while the Russian mainland remains under various forms of soviet or neo-soviet occupation. But, this is the best I have read on the topic by far and it was gratifying to see someone else seeing things close to how I see them.
