I believe that there was something in the 0-care law that allowed the president to create some type of health care army.
If the Ebola virus really does pose a threat, the elitists win by killing off their opposition. The masters of the universe will be secure in their hermetically sealed fortresses.
If this is all hype, the elitists win by creating pandemonium and hysteria which will make medical martial law an acceptable course of action to the general public.

Either way "THEY" don't have the logistics to handle the situation.

So THEY lose.

Governments (in general) screw up 2 car funerals all the time. I don't expect them to get a pandemic right.

And there is nothing in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution authorizing congress to create a 'health care army'.

Feds can pound sand.

Anyone that has given up and is hopeless can spend quality time with a running car in the garage.

I'll keep fighting to keep the fed in the Constitutional box it came in.
