If it gets to that point the whole system is blown.
I am not going to worry about that.
How will they know exactly who to quarantine? Will the IRS be in charge?
And the people will say “Lookee how 0bama cares for the little people in times of emergency! Ain’t government grand?”
Of course isolation and quarantine will apply to taxpaying US citizens only.
See my post 16 here for some related info I found:

Yep! And you can kiss election time goodbye.
it strikes me as curious...now that the elites have allowed all sorts of diseases to be delivered to our shores.....who knew about this ahead of time and when did they know it?...sounds to me like the illegal rush was a very planned event...
Cut out the drama. Your kind of hysterics are not helpful.
The tentacles/agents of Totalitariancare.
I don’t feel sick, but hey, come and get me if you think you “reasonably” need to.
Bring your Kevlar vest. I’m “reasonably” well armed.
Is it time to start wearing surgical masks in public?

Is that harshness directed at the author or the article. or the FReeper who posted it?
This would have stopped the AIDS problem in America if the homosexuals had let the CDC do its job. But they desperately wanted their sin and were willing to die for it.
My doctor wears one and it’s not to protect his patients.
Here is an article on how they dealt with an Ebola outbreak in one African city in 1995, it didn’t turn into the end of the world for them, even in Africa.

Excerpt: By the time Robert Colebunders arrived in Kikwit, Democratic Republic of Congo (known as Zaire at the time), on June 15 of 1995, the Ebola virus had ravaged the city of 250,000 and the neighboring area for nearly 6 months. The hospitals in the riverport town were empty; patients and healthcare workers had fled to other parts of the country for fear of contracting the deadly disease, which would ultimately affect 317 people and kill 245.
Eventually, the Kikwit Ebola outbreak was traced back to January 1995, but it wasnt until the start of May of that year that local public health officials recognized the many sick patients in the area as victims of the infectious disease. On May 8th, the Zairian government officially declared the epidemic, asking the World Health Organization to mobilize international assistance. Soon after, infectious disease experts arrived from the WHO, the CDC, Doctors Without Borders, the South African Medical Institute, the Red Cross, and Belgiums Institute of Tropical Medicinewhich sent Colebunders.
Immediately, the team went to work to contain the disease.
The CDC patented the Ebola virus years ago;

Morons running amok, doesn’t bother you. Drama? You have no idea, as to what, is about to happen.
If you blow your nose, cough and your name is on a secret list and you go to the ER, you’re toast and you will disappear never to be seen again.
Isolation and quarantine, judiciously used, could well calm the inevitable panic should Ebola or something similarly dangerous got loose here. Yes, there might be abuses, we’ve never really done something like this before. I do think most local jurisdictions would stick to medically necessary guidelines and CDC preplanning.
I know we cannot isolate ourselves but I’d certainly be tempted to temporarily suspend entry (without quarantine for medical exam) at least from the three countries with appreciable levels of disease.
