there is a high burden of proof How can you prove a case against a guy who is dead? He's not even there to face his accuser. If it was a criminal case and either the accuser or alleged perp was dead, the case would have been dropped. How can you win a case against someone who is not there to defend himself?

How can you prove a case against a guy who is dead? Easy. He wrote a book that turned out to contain a bit of BS. He signed his name on it, published it, and earned a nice payday selling it.
