Former President Bill Clinton said his wife Hillary Clinton needs time to think about her message to voters would be is she runs for president in 2016.
She "really does need some time to think through this,” now that her memoir Hard Choices has been published, he said in an interview with CNN.
"We've reached a point in our life when we think you really shouldn't run for office if you don't have a clear idea of what you can do and a unique contribution you can make and you can outline that," Clinton added. "Now that the book is done, she wants time to think about that and work through it. I think so much of politics is background noise, and we don't need the background noise anymore."
Clinton, who claimed Hillary hasn’t asked him for advice on her 2016 decision, said he would be “fine” with whatever decision she makes after the sacrifices she has made for his career.
The 42nd president highlighted his wife’s abilities to lead the country.
"She is the ablest public servant I have ever worked with, even if she is my wife," Bill Clinton said. "She's smart, but she's also uncannily able to move from A to B to C. She gets things done and she is strong, she's just good, she is just really good. She would be really good. But it's a decision that only she can make, and I'm not going to try to jump the gun and if she decides not to do it, I'll be happy too."
Commenting on the “dead broke” comment his wife made in June, Clinton said the criticism that came out of that about his wife being out of touch was “fabricated” and “shows you how desperately, sadly we are dependent on a new level of political gossip every week.”
"Most people would think that being 16 million dollars in debt would qualify as being dead broke," Clinton said, referring to a number CNN said is higher than the $2.28 million to $10.6 million figure that was cited on their federal financial records.
"I don't think it's a bad thing to make money," Clinton said. "I think it's bad if you live in a system that's rigged against the poor and the middle class. That's a very different thing and the purpose of politics is to create a system of shared opportunities and shared responsibilities."
I think John Kerry is trying to set himself up for the 2016 election...
Maybe this messaging is why Reagan was so successful.
I remember liberals used to make fun of Reagan, at how he worded some things, mannerisms, etc. but he had a strong clear message of values, and what he stood for, and where he wanted to lead the country. Reagan spoke from the heart, and didn’t have to have focus group tested slogans as campaign messages.
If Hillary has no message, no reason for running, then why would she run? Bill touches on an interesting point. Where does anyone turn to Hillary Clinton as some inspirational figure? It sounds like the biggest thing people talk about is her being inevitable. If the best reason Democrats have to support Hillary is that she is inevitable, I would say they are in trouble in a general election.
Maybe it’s not too late for her to discover HER own Native America roots?

Running after two terms of a mistake-prone blundering black president is a Sisyphian challenge.
Mainly b/c the Clintons are relying heavily on "white privilege" to get back into office. The Clintons' have benefitted from, and are climbing back into office, using privileges far beyond those of the "community of color" to whom they plan to appeal.

2016 Hillary was relying on the "income equality" bugaboo to hoist herself into office......as good a definition of "white privilege" as any.

The Never-Enough Clintons had planned to run a populist campaign, critical of the Wall Street types”....that's after the world was informed that speaker Hillary was pocketing $200,000 a throw from Goldman Sachs.....and other corporate giants.

You know, it was not easy."
REALITY CHECK The greedy, mega-wealthy Clintons have money pouring in from everywhere without lifting a finger...said to be worth couple BILLION dollars.
Never-enough Bill/Hillary look to cash in w/ another go-round in the White House. The Clintons owe bigtime......money is pouring into their three tax-exempt foundations......and these donors expect payback.

Here's just one of the endless examples: It is well documented of the Clinton's cupidity---shows Clinton and the Democrats took illegal campaign money from groups and individuals tied directly to the Chinese People’s Republican Army. It is therefore not surprising that In January 1998 Clinton went against the advice of then-Secretary of State Warren Christopher and Pentagon experts by lifting long-standing restrictions against the export of American satellites to China for launch on Chinese rockets.
Not only did then-pres Clinton move control over such decisions from the more security-focused State Department to the Commerce Department, but he intervened in a Justice Department investigation of Loral Space & Communications, retroactively enabling Loral to sell critical missile technology to the Chinese.
Interestingly enough, Clinton’s decision was made at the request of Loral CEO Bernard Schwartz, whose earlier $1.3 million campaign donation made him the single biggest contributor to the Democratic election effort.
The result? Democrats got money from satellite companies and from Chinese communists; China got supercomputors, advanced production equipment and missile technology; Loral got its satellites launched at bargain basement prices . . . and the transfer of sensitive missile technology gave China [for the first time] the capability of depositing bombs on American cities.
Incidentally, Loral ultimately failed to benefit from this permanent injury to America’s security interests: in July 2003, the company filed for bankruptcy protection, and in order to raise cash was forced to sell its most profitable business – a fleet of communications satellites orbiting over North America.
There’s no way Hillary gets the nomination, even if she decides she wants to run. She’s not “left” enough. Plus, the people running the white house are looking for another obammy they can setup as a figurehead. It ain’t Hillary. Hillary is just smart enough to want to run things her way.
She needs time to dry-out from her alcoholism problem. Maybe she’ll be doing it at some ritzy fat farm to try to eliminate the cankle problem. After all, she is “the world’s most intelligent woman”. LIBs are insane so they’ll lust after her.
Perhaps her and Jeb could team up under the banner of working together, moving America into a post partisan era. No more need for bashing one another in a two party system, a move to end all gridlock, setting an example for the global community by showing our love for each other and our less fortunate neighboring nations, ushering in a new global order of peace and loving compassion, blah, blah, blah. “All aboard!”.... or else!

As I recall, the goal was, is and ways will be the achievement of a Marxist America. Surely Hillary is not out of ideas for at least making “progress” in that direction. Obama has given the Marxists momentum. Who could possibly be a better choice than Hillary to get us over the goal line.
Bill Clinton is a liar. His wife is a liar. They don’t need even another minute to contemplate the goals and methods they need to employ to achieve their Marxist Dream and our national nightmare.
