I think McDaniel will be granted the writ. I was merely pointing out the the target of the writ has no right to answer unless requested by the court.

Sorry, guys, the "Order in Favor of McDaniel" wasn't. The writ was denied. The Mississippi Supreme Court ruled that McDaniel has no right to unredacted poll books; voters' dates of birth and phone numbers must be removed before inspection.
