I'm not "trashing" her kid. I'm saying her teen pregnancy helped destroy her mother's chance at VP, and it did. I'm saying she's clearly after the spotlight, and she is. I'm saying she didn't hold her mother's career as a high priority, and she didn't.

That is not "trashing" someone. That is calling it like it is. If you can't deal with it, may I suggest you take up knitting.

She brought out the huge crowds. There was a lot of enthusiasm.

Sarah Palin was much more popular than John McCain. McCain ruined her chances to be VP by suspending the campaign and then talking up Obama and conceding a week before the election.

“Barack Obama is a good man, he will make a fine President, we have nothing to fear from Barack Obama”

something like that. It was basically a concession speech and it ended any chance the GOP had to win.

Britson Palin and her pregnancy had NO effect on the election.
