Personally, I choose to avoid philosophies that are derived from the thoughts of people who lived lifestyles that I deplore. Well since Malcolm X taught black people to follow the law, hey of the dole, and start their own businesses, your choice seems to suck pretty hard in this case. Of course, you could actually read philosophies and take them for their actual worth, but then how could you invoke kneejerk collective reactions and prevent others from understanding things that way? Let alone stay employed.

I’ve read Malcolm X, but for some reason important background information such as his gay prostitution wasn’t included. Sorta like a “President” I’ve also heard of.
