What if I'm painting over a billboard that someone else paid for?

If the person's whose billboard you are painting over said it was OK as long as you did X, Y, and Z, and you in fact did X, Y, and Z, then sure. That's 100% AOK. That is the case here. Or is this YOUR blog now? Did not know Jim Robinson handed the keys over to you...
