So who was supposed to bring the kid to court Friday, the birth mom?
If she didn’t, why not?
Was the kid at stepmoms and not at birth mom’s?

Child protective Service industry is known to have judges on their donation lists.
The kid was with the stepmom in Washington state. She was to bring the kid to Michigan on Friday for an evaluation program to reintroduce her to her birth mom, with the ruling on temporary custody to be made Monday.
