it’s funny that this question is being asked.
For registry cleaning and de-frag I use Auslogics
but what about junk files? Now when I go to my recycle bin
and delete all the crap in there (Mostly videos I am finished looking at)—am I getting rid of my junk files?
If not, pls tell me free program to get rid of them.

CCleaner at www.cnet.com has free programs. You can buya program, or use free versions. Most computers have a defrag program and there is registry cleaning in the CCleaner. You can read about it first at Cnet.
