The primary reason he’s being held in isolation is that they have to install their narrative. This proclamation is simply one of many points he is being taught and there will be many more that fit the story that the administration wants, little to none factual.
The “elite” truly do believe that the majority of the citizens in this country are not bright enough to see through their machinations.
As soon as he's released from the hospital, he'll be taken to an undisclosed location for debriefing, and will be unavailable for questioning until November 5th at the earliest, if ever.
