“Wait a minute. I thought the dead were going to eat the living. “

According to Ehrlich’s predictions, we have all been dead since the 1980’s. Bon appetite, Zombies.

We all remember that clown from ‘69.

Scared everyone right up to Nixon and helped spawn the Watermelon movement (er, “environmentalism”).

And lets not forget abortion. One of the arguments for that monstrosity was “overpopulation”.

So he has the blood of 55 milllion butchered babies on his hands.

But this time hes not facing a credulous, beaming idiot population like he was then. Its two generations later, 100 million more people in the country, and everything he said turned out to be crap.

Hes nothing but a cretinous crackpot, a laughingstock who has worms for brains.

But look at the damage he and people like Denis Hayes did.

The elite, of course, will have the prime cuts of the human corpse. In the spirit of Jonathan Swift, they will pay top dollar for fetal humans and make sure there is a steady supply of them.

“Disasters are part of the process just like hurricanes are part of the natural process of coral reef development. The destruction allows for not just population control, but also ensures natures, or god’s, best design to succeed. Nature is always testing its creatures survival. Every living system on this planet is subject to natural cyclical destruction. Its the reason we don’t have dinosaurs walking around. Things may get out of wack on a small scale but eventually that hurricane comes to create room for new life or space for the efficient to continue its life cycle.

from wiki “Fire Ecology”

Campaigns in the United States have historically molded public opinion to believe that wildfires are always harmful to nature. This view is based on the outdated belief that ecosystems progress toward an equilibrium and that any disturbance, such as fire, disrupts the harmony of nature. More recent ecological research has shown, however, that fire is an integral component in the function and biodiversity of many natural habitats, and that the organisms within these communities have adapted to withstand, and even to exploit, natural wildfire. More generally, fire is now regarded as a ‘natural disturbance’, similar to flooding, wind-storms, and landslides, that has driven the evolution of species and controls the characteristics of ecosystems.[1]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_ecology

I have seen predictions of very dire outcomes from Petroleum spills at sea Alaska, California) yet they have proved that Mother Nature heals the planet quite quickly and thoroughly, and life goes on.

Apparently in the case of forest and prairie fires, there are new life forms getting started, before the cinders of the fire are cool.

Why does anyone take Ehrlich seriously?

I wonder what Ehrlich’s last will and testament reads like. Did he request that his family grill or barbecue his remains instead of the traditional burial or cremation? I think I’ll pass if the Ehrlich family holds a “special” dinner in his memory.

I thought we were already eating our dead. I seem to remember reading a story or two in the past 20 years about Mafia getting rid of bodies at the hamburger grinder in Chicago. Never saw a recall for that so I must assume we have been eating our own for quite awhile.

Seems it’s not a problem being totally wrong if you’re a liberal. If a conservative had been this wrong on a major issue he’d be a laughing stock. But a liberal? Nope, he’s still seen as ‘brilliant’...

That’s because liberalism is more than a political philosophy. It’s a religious cult and to its practitioners no liberal can do any wrong. For example, take a look at how the feminists overlooked Bill Clinton’s atrocious behavior with and toward women. It’s because he’s their guy.

You're right on this - and it wasn't just nutty 'feminists' - it was also the liberal press. Men who pretended to be 'oh so sensitive' to women. Turned out they were only sensitive to liberal elite women ... Lots of sickos on the left.
