Surely Ms. V. will be indicted the way Linda Tripp was in the Monica/Clinton Caper. Oh, wait, that was different...
Sterling is disreputable, to be sure, independent of this matter, but she should not get by with illegal taping because of race issues being involved.
AHHH, that was in the Ellicott City Maryland courthouse and Tripp lived a few miles from there in Columbia Maryland.
Maryland has the same basic law as CA and but Monica lived in DC which has no such law. In the end it was thrown out because Tripp was previously given immunity for the only evidence against her, the tapes, by Starr
I remember it well as I lived in that same general area of Maryland, I have been called for Jury duty by that same court in the past.
RE :”Sterling is disreputable, to be sure, independent of this matter, but she should not get by with illegal taping because of race issues being involved.”
I have a theory that Sterling may cover for her in that because he doesn't want her on the stand talking about it or talking to the media, because she has more dirt on him.
Finally last night I heard Megyn Kelly briefly discuss the CA recording law(Mark Levin didnt mention it when he went on about it last night) , but most of the discussion on the File was about the ethics of taping private conversations and using them.
If Stiviano was prosecuted and even copped a plea then it would be easy for Sterling to sue her for damages.
If she is let off the hook then I suspect Sterling.
