I’m tired of those who argue this somehow make us the same as the terrorist we fight. No it doesn’t. Doing whatever it takes to stop terrorists from harming innocent ppl is not the same as terrorists doing whatever it takes to kill innocent ppl
I agree with you. Used to be a time when we (collectively, the U.S. culture) understood some men joined the military (joined, not drafted) because they knew they could visit violence against America’s enemies and we’re willing to pay that price inside. It came with the territory. Today; these same guys are being bitched at (or worse, charges brought against them) for being too alpha; no wonder they have a hard time coming home.
