Good for you! The subservients in the public employ domain are understanding that they have some power, and hence, are becoming out of control. You are right, be prepared in great detail. It also does not hurt to file complaints about the person, that then become part of their employment file. Also, consider the local newspaper “people-help” columnists to expose this crap.
