Any bill that funds anything outside of those powers should be subject to immediate dismissal.

PS: Ever notice how April 15th is about as far as you can get in either direction on a calendar from the elections in November? I'm glad you mentioned that. The next new amendment to the Constitution needs to include a provision for moving April 15th to the day before election day; not a specific calendar day or day of the week, but the day before election day.

Note that when patriots finally force corrupt Congress back into its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited power cage that one of the few federal government services that citizens will be concerned about on a daily basis (not Sundays) in peacetime is the U.S. Postal Service.

I’d happily pay taxed for everything FedGov does that is in the Constitution, and only those things. Paying less than half of what we pay today would be wonderful!
