Try Malwarebytes, and if that does not work, Microsoft Safety Scan. I have been able to get rid of most of these with one or the other.

Another vote here for Malwarebytes. I am in the habit of making sure that is absolutely the first download on any mew PC.

I was also going to recommend Malwarebytes. http://www.cnet.com/ is a (mostly) good source for protection, and I have loved their free AdFender, but even they have some risky downloads.
