No, the difference is Russia has nukes. Putin has a pansy army running around with no insignia and wearing masks. Like any bully they like beating up the neighborhood weaklings.
Where is the Mexican army going to go and beat people up? Please, to be a bully as you put it in the sense that the Russians are, and i agree 100% with that assessment, in a military sense you still have to go in and act the part. Nobody thinks nukes are any part of the equation here.
