I wonder if he has to have his wife and kids and other family members under 24 hour guard too? I’ll bet they aren’t real happy about him running his mouth.
Hopefully his wife and kids who are not members of law enforcement have been free from threats.
As a thought experiment here, just imagine if all of the politicians from the governor down to the lowliest town-selectman called upon the various police departments to provide armed protection against the citizens of your state who have been harmed by stupid and idiotic laws like these.
There wouldn’t be anyone left to do the confiscation let alone the normal day-to-day policing activities such as writing traffic tickets. And when revenues start to drop they just might reconsider what they have done.
My question is why aren’t they dragging Officer Peterson’s butt out in front of a camera with an apology?
