a) $20 that it’s a woman.
b) $50 that it’s a woman of “color”.
You will NEVER see a white man giving a “diversity” lecture.
African-Americans have yet to wake up and smell the pungent Latino coffee. Their party, the Democrats, encourages the immigration and illegal invasion that is increasingly marginalizing them and their counterproductive lifestyle.
Of course, this makes them angrier and angrier, so angry they still can't see it. The job of the Democrats is to keep'em focused on Whitey as the cause of their grief,while they make Blacks and Latinos equally dependent on the Party, and hopefully avoid violence.

Actually Tim Wise (a white guy) makes a living by traveling around the country extolling the joys of “diversity” and peddling white guilt. Tim also lives in a an affluent neighborhood that is 97% white. Like most leftists, he is apparently incapable of seeing his own hypocrisy.
