If you lived in Cleveland, like I do, you wouldn't be blaming TV programming. Cleveland police fired 130+ shots at unarmed driver and passenger. Can't help but wonder if any of these cops were once sweet, clean cut kids who became tainted by the demands of police work.

Maybe the bar is SO low for admitting people to the force, that really immature and irresponsible types become officers-guys who in any other time or in any other circumstances would have been weeded OUT!
