FR endorsed Romney, well not endorsed, “supported” him after he was selected the Republican Nominee for President against Obama.

False dilemma, a classic fallacy. FR didn't need to endorse ANYONE. Then we could have laid claim to all that conservative territory, but instead JimRob handed over his deed to the GOPe. Now FR is just part of the same crowd that asks for crumbs from the GOPe, and the GOP knows it doesn't have to even bother listening to us.
