On February 20th, the noted meteorologist, Dr. Roy W. Spencer, fed up with being called a “denier” of global warming, posted a commentary on his blog titled “Time to push back against the global warming Nazis.”
“When politicians and scientists started calling people like me ‘deniers’, they crossed the line. They are still doing it,” said Dr. Spencer. “They indirectly equate (1) the skeptics’ view that global warming is not necessarily all manmade nor a serious problem with (2) the denial that the Nazi’s extermination of millions of Jews ever happened.” The Holocaust happened, but global warming’s latest natural cycle ended about 17 years ago and, as a lot of people have noticed, it has been getting cold since then.
“Like the Nazis,” said Dr. Spencer, “they advocate the supreme authority of the state (fascism), which in turn supports their scientific research to support their cause…” In the case of global warming, this huge hoax was put forth by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change

The left is REAL good at finding the most successful attack that can be leveled against their policies and co-opting the attack to use against those who appose them.
In the case of global warming they co-opted the phrase “flat earthers” to disparage those who oppose the idea of man being responsible for global warming.
THIS would have been the MOST successful attack language the right could have used against the state sponsored supporters of the global warming hoax!
Think about it. Those who used to believe the earth was flat ... called anyone who disagree heretics! and used the power of the government to pursue and punish any and all who “denied” the “absolute fact” that the earth was flat!
Given that temperatures haven’t gone up in 17 years, I’m a “flat trendist”.
(And no grammar nazi, come to think of it, will convince me that the period should be inside the quote marks. Software geeks are on my side.)
“Wellness”, touted by health-nazis (anti-obesity, anti-smoking) is just Eugenics-Lite.
Hitler’s Germany was the first to institute bans on public smoking.
