The council, as a courtesy to Jewish believers who hear Moses Preached, asked a minimal amount from Gentile converts. Very little.
If EVER there were a time to put gentiles under Law, this would have been it, but the opposite happened.
In other words, Gentiles are not fake Jews and are not under Law.
The council was not addressing Jewish believers, they were addressing northern Israelites in Asia Minor.
