It was a bonanza. Kickbacks every step of the way. Most of a Billion "went South" with the Arkansas taxpayers who guaranteed the "Development Loans" left holding the bag.

Friend of mine was trying to get funds to build a manufacturing facility for his invention. He applied to the ADF and asked that I meet with them in his behalf.
Such a sleazy crew they were. I wouldn't have trusted them in a game of Old Maid, much less a business deal.
But my friend did. Sure enough, lost his stake...and his invention.
